To ensure a safe and transparent service, bdkku may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents on time may result in temporary suspension of your account and withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdkku supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Before processing a withdrawal request, bdkku will verify whether all bonus wagering requirements on the relevant account have been met. Withdrawals may be delayed while verification is ongoing.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bdkku is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account number or mobile number. It is your own responsibility to ensure the correct details at the time of deposit or withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdkku offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• For example: a deposit of ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), applied to the bonus amount only (not to the combined total of deposit and bonus).

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will result in all accounts being terminated.
• bdkku reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, bdkku reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. VIP Program

bdkku's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular and active play you can advance step by step to higher tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

In any dispute regarding VIP tier benefits or cashback, bdkku's decision will be considered final. bdkku may change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkku platform:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Any coordinated activity aimed at bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Impersonating another user or providing fraudulent information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be permanently terminated, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.2 Fair Play Policy

8. Sports Betting Terms

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In any dispute over the result of an event, bdkku's decision is final.
